The Citation-Atlas platform is for staff to log in to their e-learning centre and complete CPD and some elements of induction training. Staff can also access company risk assessments using this platform. Staff should note that Central Ambulance Service does not use the HR online function on this platform. The platform should be used for e-learning and risk assessment viewing only. Management can use this platform for HR and Health and Safety Consultant Access. 

Staff can log into one.com to access their emails and get the step by step document to explain how to load company emails on to your phone / tablet. 

Staff can use the staff portal for the following:

- Completing Minor Forms on events. 

- Completing online PRF's 

- Clocking In/Out

- Holiday Requests

- Training Module Progress

- Reading and Acknowledging Company Policies, Standard Operating Procedures, Memo’s and the latest NHS Central Alerts. 

Event Staff can log in to PARiM to apply for shifts, update their profile information and log their updated qualfiications and external training. 


Full time staff should use the website App to see their schedule. 

Managers can log in to Central Ambulances Office Cloud to access their emails, sharedmail boxes and the following programmes:

- Microsoft Teams

- Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel. 

- Microsoft Visio

- Microsoft Planner

- Microsoft Sharepoint

- Microsoft Onenote


From January 2022 Staff emails are no longer being hosted on the @central-ambulance.com domain - please log in to one.com as all staff emails with the exeption of management have been migrated to the @central-ambulance.co.uk domain which can be accessed through webmail on www.one.com
